Overview

The Securing Networks with Cisco Firepower v1.0 (SNCF 300-710) exam also known as the CCNP Security exam is associated with CCNP Security and Cisco Certified Specialist - Network Security Firepower certifications. This aims at testing the candidate's knowledge of Cisco Firepower Threat Defence and Firepower, including policy configurations, integrations, deployments, management and troubleshooting.

The training helps in gaining an understanding of sophisticated Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) and Next-Generation Intrusion Prevention System (NGIPS) capabilities such as network intelligence, file type identification, network-based malware detection, and deep packet inspection.

Knowledge of TCP/IP and essential steering conventions. Familiarity with firewall, VPN, and Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) ideas
